Storm own booK!

It is obvious storm is the golden shell of marvel. Women like sue, jean and ms.marvel are great but storm is like the creme of that crop.

Storms series should take place in africa and egypt and ALL OVER! in asgard with cosmic beings just doing stuff we really havent saw much of. like her finding out more about the elder gods since oshtu favors her family. and finding out more about ashake and ayesha(first 616 female sorcerer supreme) storm has alot she could do!

I personally think Jean or Sue can't hold a solo series and Ms. Marvel already has one...Storm on the other hand should be able to have A SHOT of having a "Wolverine" type thing. Give her a solo series for a year. If it fails well at least Marvel tried...If it's HOT then keep on going....Let her father "Chris" come back...Bring some other X-men along as well like Wolverine, Emma, Scott...Just to add some spice....He!! I'll even settle for Gambit.

I like Multt's idea about them exploring her magical background. Its often the most ignored part of her and yet its what makes her SO unique.

Worlds apart was good..But I think it could have been better,

What would be the story for tstorms first solo series

Storm definitely has to have her own solo comics. She's more popular than any other women. She'smore popular than Ms. Marvel. Storm's powers are even more vast and more interesting to play with. We just got to have a good writer for her.

well, even though Wolverine isn't on my top 5 favorite mutant characters in marvel, i still say he's really cool, that's why he's very popular.

Interesting idea, I would love to see a Storm solo series. I would also like to see more of her mystical heritage as you've pointed out in your post. I think it could be successful if given the right story and advertisement.

for me, it should start with a conversation with Wolvie and Storm and have a get together.

Those are great ideas! I wish they would explore more of Ororo's mystic side and family tree more. I know there are some good writers and artists out there to make this happen! Come on MARVEL make your move!!

I think Storm definitely deserves a solo series. I know they've done some comics about her childhood and youth (need to get my hands on those). I'd like to see something about her on her own, away from the other X-Men and BP; just Storm, using her own powers and wits to survive whatever adventures may come her way.

I'd rather see Storm pair up with Wolvie than BP. Wolverine may have a bad temper, but he would treat Storm with respect.

the x-men worlds apart was supposed to be a Storm solo series. I think, on early interviews, they stated the title will be Storm: worlds apart. But i guess, they changed their mind.

But Storm was still the main character, right?

I soo wish they made a solo series with Storm, she deserves so much more attention than she gets!

She is portrayed as a weak female character while she is a strong one!
This is so unfair!

Especially in these newer books pairing her with T'challa. They retconned Storm's history in Africa so that it was T'Challa who rescued her and taught her how to fight and molded her into who she was with the X-Men. This is pure BS. It was she who rescued him and she always fought her own battles.

No, Worlds Apart was always meant to be a mini series for Storm. The writer said that if it did well then marvel would likely consider doing a Storm solo series. The series flopped though and hardly made any decent money. I think there were some questionable circumstances around the sales of that comic though...

I agree with what was said however, Storm needs to be written stronger then what she has been.

I agree, i completely despise the route they went with on that end. Storm was suppose to become powerful on her own, I don't like how T'Challa had almost everything to do with how she became Storm.

I will always love the old Storm story!
Like you said, the newer versions concerning Storm story are BS.
